To Order

  • You can order by phone, fax, or e-mail.
  • A pro-forma invoice will be issued to confirm your order.
  • Customer should check and sign back the pro-forma invoice, which listed the delivery date, item details and payment terms.


Payment

  • We accept company check, money order, and telegraphic transfer (T.T.).
  • For the new customers, cash on delivery (C.O.D.) is required for first transaction. We offer 30 days
    credit payment for volume customers.


Shipment

  • Please allow 4 weeks for usual delivery, and 6 weeks for special order.
  • We ship any where in the world via preference carrier.
  • Shipping cost is added to your order and is non-refundable.
  • Please notify the return-shipping cost is the responsibility of customer.


Insurance

  • We will insure all shipment over USD2000. Insurance cost will be added to your order. Please let us know if you do not want to be insured.


After Sales Service

  • If you are not satisfied with the product, you could return them and we will credit your account for your later order or exchange for new items as soon as we are notified.
  • Damaged goods could be sent back for free repair within 2 weeks count from shipment date.
  • New designs and free samples will be sent to you from time to time according to your company's preference.

  • We have a strict quality control system. Each of our products has had rigorous inspection twice to ensure our products met the certain standard before delivering to our customers.
